Office Activities• Mapping FSE’s competences.• Work closely with the Service Center.• Closely work and interface with Service Center, to receive data and outcomes from site and route them back as specific inputs for future design, technical improvements or research activities.• Support on demand the Service, Business Development and Commercial Operations in training offer development and direct customer interaction for the purpose to sell technical training programs and Technical Office departments to select the most suitable resource for a specific activity, evaluating the required technical skills. • Collect, maintain and keep the manuals and all documentation relating to training courses (program, training documentation, and forms used, people feedback, tests, etc.) properly updated and stored.
