Systems Administrator & Webmaster for BMW of North America in the Professional Services Group. In this position I assist with day-to-day operations and am responsible for all server, network, environmental changes, and deployment of ASP.NET applications to all servers. I planned and executed a SQL Server Migration - upgrading from SQL Server 2005 to 2008. I also planned and executed migrating an entire server environment from one data center in Dallas, TX to Culpeper, VA & Miami, FL while maintaining less than 1 hour of total down time. As part of the data center migration my team and I did a complete tech-refresh of all the supporting systems for BMW of North America's enterprise web application BMWUSA.com. I was solely responsible for building out and configuring about 40 virtual Windows Server 2008 R2 servers running on VMWare in the new data centers. I am also on call 24/7 for any issues that may occur 365 days a year. I've also worked with a team to develop a Disaster Recovery plan that, if executed, will have BMW's entire environment failover from its Production data center to its Disaster Recovery location in less than 1 hour with ZERO data loss.

Supported many of Data Return's strategic customers. I worked a support ticket queue and assisted with issues that occurred within our customer's enterprise environments. I worked ALOT with Blackberry Enterprise Server and Microsoft Exchange Server to help end-users with issues they had accessing corporate email via a Blackberry device.
