As a worship director I plan and coordinate weekly worship services. I also develop, schedule, and train worship leader volunteers and worship team members. This involves lots of regular communication while holding quarterly trainings to develop team members.

I created a summer string camp in 2018 and 2019 that was open for middle school students. As site coordinator I managed multiple teachers, set the timeline and curriculum for the camp, recruited for the camp, and worked with students, parents, and administration to ensure that the camp was a success.

I develop, maintain, and implement curriculum for over 120 students in 5 different courses every year. I work with students, parents, teachers, and administration on a daily basis solving complex problems and building relationships. Through the course of a year I put on between 5-10 concerts for the community. This involves months of planning and coordination.
