• Designing electrical circuit for Heavy Commercial Vehicles (BEV/ICE-Truck),• E/E integration and test activities ( Functional Anomaly)• Creating wirings boards (Yellowoard & Breadboard) for DCV and TPV operations.• Calculating key-off load current ( sleep current ).• Making compatability reviews for electrical components • Preparing RFI and RFQ planning and follow up SCAAF and DFMEA documentation.• Guidance of the harness prototype and rework implementation.• Good knowledge on DVP (Design Verification planning), CAPEX and SOBA • Support commissioning of components activities on BEV integration• Internal and external presentation of project results• On-site prototype build support: Setup & update of test bench, wiring harness & EDS system fault detection• System integration and logical schematic design of electric parts and module• ECAD design of new vehicle line projects• Technical design reviews, failure mode analysis and developing actions• Experience on Ford's GPDS (Global Product Development System)• Good knowledge on Scrum Agile, project is carrying out with the agile system• Knowledge on HCV EDS HV and LV Wiring Topology
