Accounting:- Manage the change of legal status from Liaison Office to Branch- Set up an accounting department and manage a team with 8 people for day-by-day accounting operation- Prepare month end reports and manage communication with HQ and manage relationship with auditorsand authoritiesControlling and Office Management- Prepare yearly office budget, cash flow and monthly controls of budget vs actual figures- Update and control local Travel / IT / Purchase Policies in line with group policiesSupply Chain- Manage relationship with Turkish suppliers on regular basis and promote group owned early paymentprogram- Support HQ to establish a Risk Management Department for Turkish suppliers- Manage project of a financial product with financial institutions to be presented VIP suppliersSustainable Finance- Manage an organic cotton project in India to develop working capital tools for rural farmers- Analyze alternative markets and financial models for sustainable raw materails and link projects withsustainability goals of Inditex- Manage “Sustainability Project” of Inditex for Turkish market for raw material and transition of supplychain investments

• Audit of all subsidiaries’ financial reports and tax returns on monthly basis for both domestic and internationals• Supervising e-invoice, e-ledger and e-archive process for group companies • Analysing tax advantages and disadvantages of the tax legislation of the countries in which the group companies invest/will invest.

• Follow up day-by-day accounting operation for multinational clients• Prepare all tax returns and social security reports• Prepare month end management reports• Manage and organize customer relationships
