Accounting:- Manage the change of legal status from Liaison Office to Branch- Set up an accounting department and manage a team with 8 people for day-by-day accounting operation- Prepare month end reports and manage communication with HQ and manage relationship with auditorsand authoritiesControlling and Office Management- Prepare yearly office budget.

• Audit of all subsidiaries’ financial reports and tax returns on monthly basis for both domestic and internationals
• Supervising e-invoice, e-ledger and e-archive process for group companies
• Analysing tax advantages and disadvantages of the tax legislation of the countries in which the group companies invest/will invest.

• Follow up day-by-day accounting operation for multinational clients
• Prepare all tax returns and social security reports
• Prepare month end management reports
• Manage and organize customer relationships
