I have been working as Software Architect in Solution Development Department, Etiya company since 2017. The name of first CRM product that I have worked on is called Telaura. Telaura is being developed in international telecom standard provided by TM Forum using the SID, eTOM, TAM telecom standards. The name of CRM product that I am working on is called OMNI. OMNI is being developed in international telecom standard provided by TM Forum using the SID, eTOM, TAM, OPEN API telecom standards. I am developing both SOAP based (for legacy systems) and REST based services as web services. I am developing scheduled jobs for both async processes and bulk operation in background using Quartz library. I am developing dynamic rules that are stored in database instead of application code that will be change as continuous using Groovy as application independent. ESB implementation that I use in CRM projects is Oracle Enterprise Service Bus.In brief, I have learned great arhitecture approaches in terms of enterprise software development.
