• Manage the spend for strategic materials and services• Plan for the highest service, quality and total optimized cost solutions for responsible categories that encompass annual spend of $3-75 million• Support development of multi-layer strategic plans which are aligned to institutional goals• Support development of sourcing strategies, using innovative procurement and electronic commerce tools, to leverage total spend and drive savings• Review, red-line and negotiate applicable contracts with key suppliers• Support change management initiatives• Act as a liaison between departments and the functional leadership to foster spend governance, drive savings, execute projects as per planned and achieve goals and objectives

• Responsible for Quality and Document Management System.• Additionally, have responsibilities of: o Performance Indicators Measuring, Collecting and Graphing Data o Conduct Facility Management and Safety, Quality, Emergencies and Disaster Preparedness Trainings during the process of Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation

• Coordination of various operational and construction projects pertaining to JCAHO, OSHA and local mandate.• Office assistance with department scheduling and other operational duties as requested.

• Conduct surveys about Social Behavioral studies for undergraduate students.• Collect and analyze data.
