Basically as a First Line Support Specialist I handle local support requests via phone, email, etc. I have the opportunity to contribute to other support-related activities such as handling software and hardware problems, requests for change, requests for licenses, answering questions about software, hardware, mobile devices, printers, servers and other IT devices and solve of these kind of problems.
