Reporting to the Group CEO, and supporting the wider Executive Team, I provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and conference logistics. Working in a complex environment, I seamlessly coordinate schedules and prioritize workflows to assist with a smooth day to day, whilst also ensuring projects and initiatives meet their deadlines. Serving as the primary point of contact between our Executive Team for internal and external stakeholders, I am adept at communicating and building relationships throughout all levels of the organisation.As the Lead for our Administration Team, I am motivated by a culture of collaboration and driving efficiencies and growth both for our business and individuals in the team.

In myrole as Travel Manager for BGW Group, I am the sole point of contact and ccoordinator for all travel within the group. I service multiple companies within BGW for all of their domestic and international travel, as well as event and function co-ordination. Reporting to the Group EA, I also assist with the executive services of the business, including administration, Meeting Room coordination, Calendar management and ad hoc projects.

Caveman Kitchen is a healthy food delivery service for Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and surrounding areas. My role in Customer Service means I get to be the first point of contact for all our customers, answer questions, solve problems and do what I love - helping people!
