Having started my career as an engineering professional and moved into the commercial side of business, I've been able to balance the technical requirements against the budgetary constraints of the various projects I have been involved in. I am passionate about using technology to overcome the various challenges industry faces with the digital disruption, and seek to embrace change rather than resist it. Beginning my career on the ground floor with a global automotive parts supply company, I furthered my career by moving from production, to development and then to design. Having understood supply chain and production holistically, I wanted to learn about the commercial aspects of the business and hence transferred into a sales role and now into a program management role.Since its foundation in 1937, globally, Toyota has strived continuously to contribute to the sustainable development of society and the planet through its business operations. It’s a principle that we have continued since Toyota Australia started in 1963 and has helped to cement our position as Australia’s leading automotive company.Motor vehicles greatly expand the freedom of mobility, however, we recognise that they can also have an effect on our society and the environment.
