Compliance Financial Specialist
Current● Provides support to retailers, shoppers and customers, to resolve inquiries and escalations; with primary focus on reimbursements approvals and disputes, refund disputes and inquiries, fraud reporting, tax document support and ecommerce shopper pay concerns.● Identify common trends within support interactions and escalate to leadership and partner teams (Product and Process) appropriately. While working within a team, to resolve uncommon issues. Has continued to act as a subject matter expert in the creation and auditing of processes, and sharing risks trends to cross-functional teams (Vendor Management, Operations, Product, Process, etc).● Facilitates the onboarding for new team members and leaders and acts as a subject matter expert for my team in addressing or launching new process and product inquiries for team members and cross functional teams.
