Responsible for smooth registration of all accredited participants to the inaugural ANOC World Beach Games using the #WizTeam Event-Works System.

- Managed a team of 4 full time staff, 1 intern and 8 volunteers during games time;- Developed the Athletes’ Village allotment distribution concept across 8 accommodation venues comprising of 2 cruise ships, 1 student campus and 5 hotels; - Collaborated closely with the Sport Entries, Accreditation and FISU Online Accreditation System teams to define quotas and identify the total number of delegates participating in the games;- Developed the Rooming List module (data collection for names and periods of stay) in the Microplus Games Management System;- Managed the distribution of Rooming Lists for 8000 delegates from 110 delegations across 8 accommodation venues;- Collaborated closely with the accommodation venues’ owners to define exchange of data and change management processes.

- Supported the planning and implementation of the client registration and information sharing process for all client groups;- Supported the integration of the Registration & Accreditation System with external systems;- Supported the accreditation operations for games times.

- Managing a team of 33 full time staff from 10 different countries. This team expands to over 100 people during games time which includes accreditation contractors and volunteers;- Developed the Sport Entries and Finalisation of Delegation Registration Process (DRP) module in the ATOS Games Management System- Ensure that the Games Management System is properly initialised to meet the needs of data collection and integration between all systems;- Oversee the implementation of 32 sports’ qualification system to ensure that only eligible and qualified athletes are entered for the games;- Plan and manage the accreditation registration process of all accredited clients in close cooperation with the client champions to ensure that only the appropriately qualified and eligible participants are entitled to participate in or perform official roles at the Games;- Developed the operation plans which is currently being implemented to produce, distribute and validate over 35,000 participants across four accreditation centres;- Develop policies and procedures and overseeing their implementation for accreditation operations across four parks and over 30 competition and non-competition venues.

- Planned and managed the accreditation registration process of all accredited clients in close cooperation with the client champions to ensure that only the appropriately qualified and eligible people are entitled to participate in or perform official functions at the Festival;- Supervised the management of Supplementary Access Devices and Ceremony devices- Educated and disseminated information of the IOC Accreditation System to all persons in the organising committee. - Collaborated closely with the zone owners and venue managers to ensure only persons with an operational role are allowed into secured zones;- Planned and managed the distribution of Youth Olympic Accreditation Cards (YOAC) across 6 accreditation centres and 1 sub-centre;- Tracked quotas and overlooked the registration of qualified and eligible athletes to the YOG;- Enhanced the Accreditation System (which includes the Sport Entries system) in close collaboration with the systems provider

- Planned and managed the overall operations of accreditation including 2 accreditation centres and 20 volunteers.- Designed managed and implemented the Online Registration and Accreditation System (ORAS) which also included the management system for arrival and departure, accommodation and invoicing, workforce scheduling, uniform, calendar, sport entries and Finalization of the Delegation Registration Process (DRP)

- Preparing and initializing the ATOS Online Sport Entries system (eSEQ/ePEQ)- Work closely with the Sochi 2014 NOC/NPC Services department, Sports Department of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Winter Sport International Federations (IF) and National Olympic Committees (NOC) to implement the qualification systems, track quota places, athletes’ eligibility and qualified athletes - Participate in Pre-Delegation Registration Meetings and Delegation Registration Meetings.- Defined the management and exchange of athletes’ data between the Accreditation department, NOCs and IFs.- Liaising closely with the IOC Technology department, OMEGA/Swiss Timing to ensure the smooth flow of data testing and transfer from the Sport Entries system into the Info Diffusion System (IDS) and On Venue Results (OVR) system- Managing a team of 4 sport entry coordinators- Define and facilitate classification processes in cooperation with the International Paralympic Committee
