helped found and lead a group called Students for Labor Action that worked with this group of professors over the course of three years, from the initial stages of organizing, to the brink of a strike and through the ratification of a strong first contract. As part of this effort, I worked to organize and coordinate groups of students, facilitate cooperation with other student organizations, local non-profits and other labor organizations, and communicate with a diverse array of people, including college administrators, journalists and academics.
