Manages staff under Executive Director and Deputy Director. Carries out roles and responsibilities of Human Resources, Accounting, Communications Manager, and IT Support. Assist in planning events, training, meetings, and travel for local and national movement-based events. Captures and tracks media coverage while building social media presence on multiple platforms. Creates and designs website and email blasts that are sent out monthly to 10k+ followers. Aids in grant writing, donations, and fundraising. Markets all events and evaluates successes and needed improvements of each event.
