I was soon fortunate enough to join a Forbes Top 50 Wealth Management Advisory group at Merrill Lynch, where I served a dual role as a Financial Advisor for Merill and a Banker for Bank of America. During COVID, I made a career pivot to a multi-family office managing private placement and alternative investments for a select group of Ultra-High-Net-Worth families. At Audientis, I served as Senior Analyst--managing various development projects, analyzing numerous companies, compiling investor/lender presentations, and leading debt and equity placements for a variety of commercial projects in a wide array of industries and capacities (including Entertainment/Attractions, Government Contracting, Home Services, Distribution, Automotive, Real Estate, and others). I was also fortunate enough to source and lead an $18m sell-side transaction in the Pool & Spa Industry followed by three other such transactions when the lightbulb lit up...Upon discovering the overwhelming need of business owners to devise and execute their unique exit plan, coupled with an unfortunately common distrust of certain buyers, I started StoneBridge Business Advisors, LLC, to help sellers realize the full potential of their exit. At StoneBridge, we treat client objectives with a Fiduciary mindset and goals-first approach. We are relationship-based and moderate the number of clients we take on to allow proper attention to each situation and ensure the work is done correctly.
