I was responsible for answering phones, working with QuickBooks, entering shipping information and different job information, as well as, helping with anything else that is needed around the shop.

I was a full time student, while being a part of the women's soccer team for four years and was named sole Captain spring season of my junior year. While attending school and playing soccer, I held a serving job for over a year while obtaining a couple of internships, as well. While on the team, we also participated in different volunteer organizations.

I am learning different sales techniques, making cold calls, building off different leads, generating ticket sales, and helping plan and coordinate different events.

I learned the different day-to-day tasks it takes to run your own store while being a part of a Fortune 500 company. I increased my customer service skills, learned about the different products, and some of the different operations within the company.
