- Responsible for partnering with hospitals and building the presence of Bridgemoor in the local community- Call on hospital networks, physicians, and surgery centers to build community relations- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers, physician offices, ALF/ILF facilities, Home Health companies, and any other potential referral sources. - Complete thorough assessments of potential patient referrals to ensure they are appropriate to the community’s clinical and financial capabilities - Engage with Bridgemoor’s patients, families, and physicians to educate them on Bridgemoor services and how they benefit them specifically - maintain budgeted census for Bridgemoor

- Sales Representative for hospital contracted Sleep labs throughout Austin, TX- Educate physicians on the benefits of CPAP/BiPAP therapy for patients and generate referrals for our four lab locations - Demonstrate how to properly use a home sleep testing device and discuss the benefits, coverage, and process of screening patients - Identify decision makers to build relationships in order to increase their referral base - Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity - Stay fluent with related healthcare issues
