Started as a hostess where I used our online service to prioritize guests' accommodations and worked closely with our restaurant staff to ensure an excellent experience. Furthered my career with the company when I stepped into my role as restaurant supervisor. On top of my hostess tasks, I am responsible for communicating with guests, resolved conflicts that occurred, and kept a clean workplace for our guests. I also worked closely with my kitchen and front of the house staff creating schedules, setting objectives for each week, and building new ways to better organize the restaurant.
