As the capstone of achievement of the Altman Institute Internship program at Miami University, I spent three months with the Renaissance Center streamlining the user interface and marketing strategy of their pilot version of the Your Business on Your Schedule asynchronous course. By implementing cohesive branding strategies, developing press releases and various digital outreach materials, and facilitating new ecosystem relationships, I was able to increase engagement rate 300%.

In my past role as the Executive Marketing Director at SASS, I was responsible for handling, overseeing, and executing all aspects of marketing and public relations. Following my earlier contributions of creating the organization's website and shaping its brand image, I took charge of all social media content and led the SASS Marketing Committee and Journalism Sub-Committee. SASS received recognition in our university publication, The Miami Student, in the spring of 2020, declaring the organization as the Organization of the Year.

To aid in the development of this innovative women's health startup, I conducted market research including ethnographic interviews with cross-generational women in efforts to uncover insights and perspectives on reproductive rights in the United States. Reflecting on my findings, I crafted a cross-platform digital marketing strategy utilizing refined user personas catering to research insights. The objective was to establish effective connections with a politically polarized population and enhance brand awareness to its fullest potential as the organization approached launch.

Upon starting as acting Executive Website Developer at WMSR Redhawk Radio, I built and designed an updated website from scratch. By adding a live broadcast stream, links to various WMSR Spotify playlists, and a running blog of student-written pieces, the platform has become a hub that allows for optimal virtual engagement.

Under the direct supervision of Executive Director Bill Guyton, I oversaw the management and content creation for both their B2B and B2C Instagram accounts, and assisted in the reconstruction of their website and all other B2B marketing and advertising campaigns including blog and webinar materials. Over my six months with the organization, I increased their overall social media following by over 16%.

During my gap year prior to graduating high school, I founded a horseback riding training program, also acting as the head trainer after my years of competitive experience. In the process, I built a streamlined website, managed both Instagram and Facebook social media marketing platforms, created and updated balance sheets and monitored profits/losses, dealt with client outreach and scheduling, and oversaw the animal welfare. Within 6 months of active business, start up costs were recouped, profits seen three months later.
