Chemicals: Led estimate development teams covering large multi-billion dollar Chemicals projects (Steam Cracker and associated derivates units) on the US Gulf Coast. Led early project cost engineering efforts to support site selection and process technology selection for MEG unit.

Downstream | Refining | Lubricants: Brownfield (revamp) expansion of Group II lubricants production at the Jurong Refinery. Managed complex working-level interfaces with refinery and project team, helping to balance competing priorities and objectives in order to deliver the project on time and under budget. Acting project Field Engineer for the projects scope executed during a 60 days refinery Shutdown/Turnaround.

IT | Software Development: Supporting the development of a proprietary, in-house cost estimating and market analysis software tool utilized across ExxonMobil projects. Primary owners interface for third-party software development team from IBM.

Refining: Led full funding cost estimate development for a Port Jerome - Gravenchon (France) refinery reconfiguration project. The project encompassed primarily brownfield (revamp) scope executed by the European regional projects organization.

Upstream | Downstream | Chemicals: Developed detailed cost outlooks for project locations globally based on near-term market analysis and enhanced in-house long-term economic models. Conducted extensive market intelligence and market surveys (material, engineering, and labor costs) for upcoming project locations, including Asia, Australia, Middle East and Canada. Built in house cost estimates supporting refinery expansion projects in the Middle East and Asia. Developed in house cost estimating methods, tools, and internal benchmarking analysis to support project estimates and funding requests.
