Grafenwoehr, Germany

Trained and led Soldiers in preparation for a year long deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Areas of emphasis included combat operations, rifle marksmanship, equipment maintenance, as well as intelligence collection, analysis and reporting.

South Korea

• Served as a Signals Intelligence Aerial Collection Mission Manager in support of United States Forces, Korea. Supervised multiple teams of Soldiers during the acquisition, scanning, and sorting of collected information.
• Trained three Soldiers to become Mission Managers, improving mission readiness by approximately 50%.
• Maintained the accountability, maintenance, and serviceability of over $120,000 worth of equipment.
• Acted as Subject Matter Expert, ensuring mission success by resolving issues at the lowest possible level on a daily basis.

Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado

• Coordinated and managed training for 80 distinct positions among several multi-national, multi-service, and civilian organizations comprised of over 1200 personnel. Oversaw the revision of training aids and manuals.
• Oversaw the certification of 290 operators, improving certification rates from 91% to 97%.
• Conducted weekly record reviews of training materials and provided direct feedback to individual trainers, resulting in an improved compliance rate of 95% (up from 85%).
• Selected over two superiors to serve as shift supervisor during deployment to Afghanistan.
• Produced over 1500 tactical reports, with an accuracy rating of 99.83%.
