Currently, I'm a student at AACC working towards my Associates in Business Administration. I used to work for a preschool for close to 3 years. There I learned to interact with parents on a professional level as well as teach children fundamental academics. I was rewarded certificates from Maryland Board of Education in the field of Early Childhood Development. Late last year, I started a new job working with CSRA as a Customer Service Representative. It has been a great way for me to grow in my professionalism and a way to get to grow socially. Working in that environment, calls for a need to be experienced with Word and Excel which I am. My goal is to strive for excellence and to make sure that every customer is satisfied no matter how much running around I'll have to do!
