Recent graduate from Franklin & Marshall College with a B.A. in Animal Behavior Studies and a minor in Sociology. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Animal Records and Programs at the HSUS's Cleveland Amory Black Beauty Ranch, where I oversee the care and well-being of over 600 domestic and exotic animals.With a focus on field conservation research, I aspire to contribute to the protection of primate populations in Africa. Eager to expand my knowledge and skills, I plan to further my education in the future and obtain my master's and/or PHD. Although animals and their advocacy are my passion, as a young, black woman born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, I am also passionate about my people. Passionate about wildlife conservation and social justice, I am committed to making a positive impact on both animal and human rights. My goal is to become a leading advocate for animal welfare and environmental sustainability, while simultaneously being an advocate for racial disparities and injustice.
