Currently, as a Jr HR Assistant and Social Media Manager, I help organize HR events, such as training workshops, team-building activities, and volunteer events to enhance workplace culture and assisting in onboarding new hires by preparing orientation materials. I also proficiently manage the distribution of company business updates across various social media platforms, achieving a cumulative outreach of over 3,000 impressions within the past year. Occasionally, I will schedule company reservations and events to increase company culture.

During my internship at Fallon Enterprises, I conducted comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and improve competitive positioning, preparing detailed proposals for client presentations. Along with conducting market research, I developed and executed digital marketing strategies across various platforms, increasing over 1,000 in engagement and impressions on company posts, and visibility for key projects.
