A HAVI owned company that I supported and led Talent Acquisition at for the Stanley 1913 brand and our specialty coffee teams. In this role I lead and managed the TA team. We were responsible for all roles in the NA and EMEA regions.

What a Journey so far! Established and built out full life cycle recruiting and on-boarding for all regions globally. Created, developed and rolled out Mentor Development Program. Had the pleasure of leading all recruiting searches for all departments. (Stanley Brand, Private Label, and Specialty Coffee)I have had the pleasure of hiring over 200 Global Employees. Also, Lead and manage LinkedIn, LinkedIn Learning, and all other social platforms tied to TA. Some other exciting moments:• Helped Launch new ATS and Streamline On-Boarding. • Lead Executive Searches • Created and established Campus Recruiting Program and Internship Programs.• Led refresh and focus on Removing bias from JD's and throughout the interview process.

Took on a larger scale of business units and departments due to success previously building out teams. Had the opportunity to lead all executive recruiting searches in my organizations that I supported with the company.Another love of mine was working closely with Campus recruiting manager to drive young and diverse talent into Internships and rotational development programs at Belk.

Worked on Executive level searches in Store Operations and Finance. Some of the roles were, Sr. Leaders in finance, Financial Analysts, Tax Accountants, Operation Analysts, Business Analysts, Project/Program Managers, Etc. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of quality candidates for Business Professional roles related to accounting, finance, compliance, marketing and administrative functions.Use of professional organizations, social networking, and internet sourcing. (Workday, Avature, LinkedIn)Manage relationships between candidates and business partners by maintaining a professional and approachable rapport.Partner with Campus programs in the areas that I support, including job fairs, on campus interviews, Internship programs, and more.

Covered recruiting needs for Northwest, Mid-West and Parts of the South Region. Drive independent contractor (driver) fleet growth by partnering with Regional and Terminal Managers to develop and execute an effective recruitment program.Proactively source and identify potential drivers via multi media advertising, call campaigns, truck shows, terminal recruiting drives etc. and seek new avenues to attract applicants.Develop leads into pre-qualified applicants and facilitate the contracting process.Maintain a future candidate pool for locations currently at correct capacity, and track results of recruiting sources/efforts producing associated reports upon request.Monitor industry methods of recruiting and retention to include business intelligence on competitor offerings to prospective drivers, and maintain in-depth knowledge of the terminal’s operation, pay scale, and customer base as well as the corporate/regional driver qualification process

In this role I was responsible for recruiting qualified driver based on company hiring standards. Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants. Developing strong positive relations with hiring managers, candidates, current drivers, and recruiting sources.

Helped incoming students to the college get adjusted to the College life. Included helping them understand the importance of managing their time, along with good scheduling to balance their classes, athletics, and other activities that they would be involved in while attending college. Also emphasized the importance of setting goals for themselves, while taking advantage of the available resources at Emory and Henry to achieve those goals. Explained how important it was to volunteer for any community service opportunities that the school offered to donate some of their time and talent for the community.

This was the 3rd consecutive year that I was the Head Camp Counselor for the Summer Scholars Program. Duties included organizing daily scheduling for all campers. Responsible for event planning for the campers, as well as communicating the next day schedules with them. Helped them in making sure that they managed their time before and between event and session changes. Worked with program director on any camp issues pertaining to scheduling, event coordination and any problems that would arise during the camp with campers or counselors that I managed during the week. Worked with campers on using better communication skills to help them interact and be more effective during group and individual sessions.

The 120+ hour internship included working multiple athletic events, pre-game setup, as well as post-game duties. Required to maintain accurate statistics, records and results of each event. Given the responsibility of researching and updating several different sports to update all-time records for Emory and Henry archives.

Recognized for dedication to students as a Resident Adviser of both freshmen and Upperclassmen dormitories. Duties included organizing events for residents. Maintaining and enforcing dorm rules and policies mandated by the college. Help with solving problems or issues for the dorm residents.

Duties included processing an average of 15-30 invoices per month for Emory & Henry College Faculty, while communicating any issues with the invoices or billing. Duties also included answering phone and taking messages, delivery of interoffice and outgoing mail, copying and faxing items for staff in the Dean’s office, organization and filing of records and documents, as well as processing information for data entry.

Duties during the internship included Sales, Tastings, Event Planning, scheduling, introducing and presenting new products for market, promotional pricing and putting together sales presentations for Distributors. Internship training began on how to put promotional pricing together for brands. Learned to put together sales presentations for Distributors to use for market presentations to customers. Helped put together schedules for market work. Learned how to plan and pitch products for tastings. During my internship, made sales presentations in multiple markets, which included both wine and spirits. Also attended and participated in multiple tasting events for wine brands at Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Independent Chains, Specialty Shops and On-Premise accounts.

Greeted customers and determined their needs and wants. Discussed type, quality and number of merchandise required for purchase. Provided advice to clients regarding particular products or services.Answered customers’ queries and concerns. Assisted in display of merchandise. Maintained sales records for inventory control.
