I took buyer clients from start to finish in the home buying process, generating annual $6,000,000 in sales and helping clients define, purchase, and move into their dream homes.I had the privilege of moving up from Buyer's Agent to Director of Client Services where I expanded my responsibility from working with just a group of clients to all company clients to relieve all buyer/seller pain points. This included managing showings, prepping listings for photos, managing contractors, routing Uhauls, and synchronizing all efforts with the team using Evernote, Dropbox, Dotloop, and Boomtown (CRM). In addition, I often served as the frontline for maintaining relationships with lenders, title companies, agents, and contractors to offer a network of solutions for clients.
