By adhering to my core values, I want to provide a specialized service to fit individual needs. I believe Wisdom comes from taking the experience of those around me and applying it to fit a current situation. By doing this, many pitfalls can be avoided. I believe Self-Control establishes a dependency on the important aspects of life. By controlling certain impulses, I am able to optimally perform daily. I believe Hard-Work determines the drive to achieve a goal. My goal and my purpose is much bigger than material possessions. I believe Creativity comes from the heart that wants to live out its dream. Alice, from "Alice in Wonderland," so simply states, "Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” My dreams seem impossible, but everyday I attempt to get one step closer. I believe that Adventure leads to the greatest achievements. By this I mean that, people who are afraid to fail never truly live, they are neither alive nor dead, they are cold and timid souls. I believe in the Golden Rule. The right to control my attitude in each situation drives me to show people that no matter how great or terrible a situation, one can always love another. Finally, to wrap all these values together, I believe in faith. Not in the religious sense, but in the sense that by committing to each of these values I will be successful by my standard.

Management TraineeEnterprise Rent-A-Car Sep 2017 - May 2018Knoxville, Tennessee AreaWorking with Enterprise shows me the many benefits of an excellent management program. Since the beginning, I was given many freedoms in how to run the business. My manager allows me to make mistakes and show me how to correct them moving forward. This company understnads that mistakes made create a learning experiences their management trainees. As I have become more comfortable with the sales aspect of Enterprise, I have delved into the logistical side of the business. I learned how to manage a fleet of 185 cars (peak) as well as grow my business by 10% over the previous year. We constantly focus on how to take care of our customers in the best way possible. Overcoming objections must happen daily, and setting valid expectations for the customers is my job as a manager. We call each customer daily to explain our qualifications as well as calling them after they turn in their rental to make sure everything went well. Customer satisfaction has skyrocketed due to the small details being taken care of. -
Affiliate BrokerKeller Williams Realty, Inc. Mar 2017 - Sep 2017Knoxville, Tennessee AreaKeller Williams provided me an excellent opportunity for growth in my professional career. Their training program compares to none. Each day a mentor challenged me to learn how to overcome objectives, financially set attainable goals, schedule my day optimally, and to network continuously. My time was primarily spent on gathering leads, networking with vendors and potential clientele, cold calling leads, and social media marketing for branding purposes. I regularly attended the optional training seminars to learn from the best in the business. I was fortunate to work in an office with more than five of our top performers. I met with two of them often to help me grow my business in the way that they grew their business. -

Assistant Football CoachBriarwood Christian School Jun 2015 - Sep 2015Birmingham, Alabama AreaI worked with Briarwood High School as a football coach for the beginning half of my full time internship course for UT Knoxville. I came on with Briarwood in June. Over the summer I shadowed the veteran coaches and learned the style of football I would be coaching. In August, I began coaching the freshman team as a linebackers position coach. Our defense did well in most of the games and allowed us to end with a 5-2 season. When the season ended, three of the freshman I coached were asked to play on the varsity team and one of them saw field time. After the freshman season, I moved over to Samford Universtity to help out their program. -
Assistant Equipment ManagerUniversity Of Tennessee Jan 2015 - May 2015Knoxville, Tennessee AreaDuring my practicum for Sport Management, I worked with the University of Tennessee in their equipment handling position. I learned logistical skills by helping order players equipment. We had to determine what sizes were needed and how much surplus we needed to order. While I was helping the Equipment management, our budget was at a surplus of $250,000. I was also placed in charge of prepping the transition to Nike from Adidas. I did this by organizing all equipment by size and style in bins. In the end I organized 17,000 pieces of equipment to be given away due to contractual issues. -
