My day to day duties include but are not limited to:- Managing all daily operations & clerical duties such as: scheduling care/phone calls, filing & sending out patient records, and taking payments, managing financial accounts & working with medical billing/CPT coding.- Administering high level non-invasive functional neurology therapies & treatment to a diverse patient population (working firsthand with patients with major disabilities/special needs such as ASD, CP, HIE, stroke & TBIs.)- Conduct in-depth diagnostic testing of the postural, ocular, and cognitive systems for 5-7 patients weekly.- Managing and ensuring patient progress & satisfaction with their programs on a day-to-day basis.- Support marketing outreach efforts with other physicians to increase patient enrollment.

My day-to-day tasks included but were not limited to: - Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads & inquiries - Implement marketing strategies to acquire new leads via to email, advertisements, and social media campaigns- Lead morning meetings to review daily goals, areas of focus, and team planning with HR, Compliance, Account Managers, and Recruitment Team- Manage nurses during 8–13-week travel assignments while focusing on retention & contract extensions - Maintain personal relationships with clients

I interned in the Human Resources department of AHWP and worked side by side with the employee experience partner. - Worked with employee training material and recruitment and risk management reports and kept track of turnover rates. - Dealt with conflict resolution within the work environment. - Set up and planned events for the organization/marketing purposes. - Worked closely in employee policies, onboarding and exiting processes, as well as handling disciplinary actions.
