And partners with the tax and/or benefits team when needed. - Proficient in ADP, Microsoft GP, Microsoft/Google Suites as well as an internally developed payroll software (called Archer) that is ever-changing. - Completes weekly pay cycle auditing, corrections and/or adjustments to pay - Works with Billing Dept. to ensure accurate records are kept and client’s understand/are able to pay invoices and fix any discrepancies. -Accurately and efficiently pay 300+ HCPs weekly at 15+ client facilities by utilizing audits, contract information, and VMS systems. - Cross trained between processing local citizen accounts as well as international accounts where we process Per Diems, Incentives, Premium pays, and other billable/non-billable services. -Generate reports related to payroll expenses, taxes and other payroll-related data to help the organisation make informed decisions.
