• Provide supportive listening to clients staying in mental health facility and hotline callers• Maintain cleanliness of facility – cleaning, food safety, laundry• Provide assistance to clients searching for outside resources - jobs, housing, monetary assistance,mental health treatment, substance abuse programs• De-escalate emotionally charged behaviors; panic attacks, anxiety, suicidal ideation, urge to use illicitdrugs• Enter client contacts into a secure online database and provide detailed notes on conversations andinteractions• Provide 10 to 15 minutes wellness checks on clients with suicidal ideations• Ensure clients receive the appropriately prescribed medications on time and securing prescriptionsin lock box after administering
