Experienced Multi-Unit Hospitality General Manager: Responsible for the overall financial performance of the property by providing the highest possible quality of guest service, and fostering a positive work environment for all employees. Responsible for managing and developing the performance of all operating departments including but not limited to Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Security and Maintenance to insure the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction in a cost-efficient manner.Duties include:· Interview, hire, train, support, coach and mentor the department managers and their teams.· Ensure great customer service and empower employees to perform at their highest levels.· Develop guest relationships to build loyalty and maintain a high level of satisfaction.· Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest and/or employee issues to their satisfaction.· Monitor daily tasks to ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed.· Assist with payroll, benefits and other human resources tasks.· Support and contribute to the proactive sales efforts to ensure overall operating results.· Conduct property inspections to ensure the hotel is a clean, safe and secure environment.· Identify and oversee property improvements and construction.· Strategize and manage rates to maximize revenues and grow market share.· Prepare various financial reports for both management and owners.
