As the Director of Athlete Safety, I provide leadership, vision, and oversight for the organization’s Athlete Safety program through marketing, communications, and education. I oversee compliance with the USOPC Athlete Safety program and the U.S. Center for Safe Sport and handle the organization’s communications efforts as it pertains to Athlete Safety and Safe Sport issues. Additionally, I manage the membership department, member insurance, risk management, and assist the USA Diving legal team. I also execute the USA Diving Annual Meeting and plan VIP special events surrounding the U.S. Olympic Team Trials. In 2019, I served as the Office Manager during the 2019 CEO selection search process.

I previously served as the campaign manager for the organization’s annual fundraising campaign and identified potential donors by engaging and building relationships with alumni, athletes, coaches, officials, and fans. I also managed the membership department including member marketing and communications as well as Safe Sport compliance. My other responsibilities included planning and executing the organization's annual meeting and the Rings of Honor Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. I also served as the liaison to the U.S. Diving Foundation and United States Aquatic Sports.

I managed all USATF corporate partner and community outreach relationships and ensured contractual obligations were fulfilled. I managed all corporate partner marketing activation at the Visa Championship Series events and served as the liaison to corporate partner marketing, public relations and, advertising agencies. I also ensured the placement of advertising units in all USATF broadcasts and select all media buys surrounding USATF Championship events. In 2012, I was appointed by the United States Olympic Committee to serve as the Media Manager for the U.S. High Performance Training Center at the University of East London for the 2012 Olympic Games in London, England.

I served as the organization spokesperson and handled both the internal and external media relations and communications for U.S. Synchronized Swimming, the National Governing Body for the Olympic sport of synchronized swimming. I also worked closely with the six National Championships that USA Synchro holds annually and the 12th FINA/e/Synchro World Junior Championships. I served as a press officer for major international events such as the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China as well as at the 2007 Pan American Games and the 2009 FINA Aquatic World Championships. Other responsibilities included arranging and organizing athlete media and commercial appearances and served as editor-in-chief of the quarterly magazine.

I served as the conference sports information contact for women's basketball, women's soccer, baseball, track and field, and tennis. I also produced media guides as well as updated the website on a daily basis. Other responsibilities included assisting with the production of the televised conference women's basketball games and helped with Championship coordination.
