Throught the year I will plan for incoming inventory of both winter ski gear and summer patio furniture. I plan and coordinate the overall plan for placing goods into the warehouse. Continually find room for the incoming inventory based on what is being sold. This has led to moving and selling the on site containers based on price and space availability. I have also implemented the relocation of our previous warehouse to current based on the rental price, easy of docking, and staging to better serve the business. In the winter I meet with sales representatives of various brands to understand the best practices for the selected products we will sell during that season. We then host a four week sales training course to educate the new hires. As a team we will design and layout the sales floor for both ski and patio sales. I constantly conduct a hands on inventory count to match the goods sold to insure data is current and correctly being entered.

The overall mission for the 411th Engineer Brigade was to over see 88% of all engineering projects in Afghanistan. The job for a logistic analyst and software system operator consisted of maintaining theater engineer equipment through shipping and analyzing data. By using forklifts, relationships with salvage yard personnel, security clearance, licenses and badges the individual was able to ship cargo by plane, ground, and helicopter throughout the entire country of Afghanistan. The software system operators duty was to ensure connectivity between differing bases was present for analyzing the engineering equipment capabilities to complete projects by various personnel and locations.

I provided route coverage for drivers of the products we sold. This was based on where the customers were located, traffic conditions, and estimated time to unload. The night prior I would pull customers orders and match them up against our invoice bills. The products would be staged in lanes that correlated with the driver of that particular lane. Based on the size, weight, and quantity of products would determine the size of truck to be used for that delivery day. I also insured each driver conducted a truck safety inspection for the trucks they are using that day and the following morning to ensure the mechanics of each truck was in working order for the day. Any time customers were not able to accept the product for any reason I would note the change and provide corrective action for that particular issue.

The finance management technician is responsible for receiving and post funding, commitment and obligations documents to accounting and budget systems. Receive and process treasury checks for payment. Maintain disbursing files and prepare periodic financial reports. Receive, review, prepare and compute travel vouchers. Receive, review, and process pay documents. Receive and review contracts, invoices and receiving reports. Prepare payment vouchers in accordance with various government regulations. Perform duties as cashier.
