Plantscape Inc. is one of the leading interior design manufacturers in the USA.As sole Designer during my tenure I had the privilege of working with many different people while doing a wide variety of tasks every day:-Managing the entire production process for our company catalogs and other printed media from start to finish: photographing products, editing photographs using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, editing layouts in Adobe InDesign, and printing in house-Building the web architecture of the Commercialsilk.com website including planning wireframing, product image file creation, copy editing for each product page, managing web developers, and bug testing all under strict deadlines-Designing digital design collateral for various web-based projects including advertisements, banners, and case studies-Assisting our Sales Team with image-related needs such as photographing products and projects for clients on a daily basis-Maintaining and archiving client and image database

The Wake is the premier student-run publication on the University of Minnesota campus which is published every other week. I was extremely fortunate to be brought on to the executive level of working as Art Director during my final year of my undergraduate studies after previously working as an illustrator. While I was Art Director my responsibilities included:-Scouting new illustrators and photographers to work as Art Interns-Managing Art Interns during magazine production and special events-Working with other staff members to communicate and clarify artwork needs for magazine articles and features-Supervising Art Interns during magazine artwork planning and production and revising pieces before publishing if necessary-Producing artwork for magazine articles

The Weisman Art Museum is one of the most prominent art institutions in Minnesota that is located in the heart of the University of Minnesota campus.During my time as both a Gallery Guard and Visitor Services Attendant my duties included:-Opening and closing the galleries and exhibitions each day-Answering inquiries from visitors about the museum and its exhibits through email, phone and in person -Greeting visitors as they enter the building and notify them of special events, promotions or public tours-Promoting and providing information about WAM membership opportunities for students and other visitors-Attending tour guide training events to keep up to date with information about new artwork and exhibitions-Protecting the artwork and provide extra security during building events, exhibit receptions, and busy tour schedules
