Student Support aspires to have the statement “struggling student” only be found in history books, aiming to have students go from just “surviving” to “thriving”. Services provided by Student Support mitigate the barriers students face in academics, their financial situation and their mental/physical wellbeing. This role involves responsibilities that allow me to advocate for students and bring these services to my community.

I worked over summer as a part of a small painting team. My role included managing materials and painting various surfaces.

I was self-employed and hired by four families for house sitting and maintenance based on seasons such as shovelling and gardening.

I supported a child with down’s syndrome to carry out various tasks related to her girl guides program.
