I have about 8 years of customer service based experience. This varies between Retail, Marketing, and Manufacturing. I had been nominated for Rookie of the Year and was promoted to supervisor within 1 year at a previous job. At my current job I have advanced into other business areas outside of customer service such as data management and service contracting. I have skills in order entry, procurement, RFQ's and other SAP functions. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office. I am a very fast learner and learn new skills quickly.
