I was previously a registered nurse with the United States Air Force, where I have been provided quality care and support to military personnel and their families for over five years. I am also a master's degree candidate in public health at the University of South Florida, where I am learning how to apply epidemiological, biostatistical, and environmental health principles to address public health challenges and promote health equity. My skills include basic life support (BLS), nursing, public health, and communication. My core competencies are teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving. My mission is to use my nursing and public health knowledge and experience to improve the health and well-being of diverse and underserved populations.
