Responsible for producing various print and web media as well as retouching of any photography taken by the creative department or University sponsored events. I was able to successfully execute all types of project briefs from across all University departments such as, Athletics, Student Union, The National Music Museum, and many more while adhering to the University brand guidelines.I developed artwork in the form of posters, brochures, signs, digital banners, social media posts and art directed concepts behind multiple photoshoots for our various athletic teams. Working as a team, my coworkers and I planed and organized projects and timelines in order to deliver the requests in a timely manner.

Managed day to day operations of the stores Customer Service counter and Photo Lab. Typical tasks within Customer Service included management of at least one employee per shift, customer expectations and assisting them with any questions or concerns for the entirety of the store, operation of a full USPS shipping and receiving counter, counting/bookkeeping of all front end registers through multiple shifts, selling of SD state fishing/hunting licenses and lottery, dry cleaning services, various rentals (carpet cleaner machinery, movies, etc), and full service Money Orders, Western Unions, and check cashing.
