My role at Land-Con puts me in charge of responding to leads, consulting with the client, creating a design, then estimating the price and closing the job. I am then responsible for creating working drawings, ordering the materials and some project management. I am responsible for keeping a close client relationship throughout the duration of the project. In the past 2 years, Land-Cons reputation has grown substantially. At this time I am consistently working on large scale projects, starting with the design and seeing through to the construction. I am often dealing with very large budgets, upwards of $250,000, where my clients are looking for many different features including pools, cabanas, large patios and decks, planting, water features, lighting and lots more. My 10 years of experience in the industry has molded me into the designer that I am today, and my relationship to the design process has ensured that I have a very successful sales approach. This sets me apart from the competition and enables a close relationship between our team and the client. I specialize in 3D design and am able to quickly turn around large scale designs with lots of detail helping the client visualize the space they are investing in.
