-Engaged with and helped customers find the clothes they need, and feel comfortable and confident while in the store. Initiated the closing and opening of tills, counting the money made each day, and closing the system. -Operated phone lines, and worked to help customers over the phone get the information they needed. -Assisted guests in renting golf carts, wheelchairs, and strollers for their time in the gardens.

-Greeting each customer that walked into Metalmart with a cheerful and helpful attitude. Answered any questions that customers might have had, handled all of the paperwork for pickups, and directed them to a sales representative or warehouse worker depending on their needs. -Operated 20 phone lines, and transferred calls to salespersons, accountants, etc. Took payments, scheduled and organized deliveries, and helped new hires go through the paperwork process. Collaborated with employees throughout the day, and updated the excel spreadsheets hourly.
