Responsible for acquiring applicable federal, state, and local permits for utility-scale solar projects throughout the eastern United States.Performs siting analyses using ArcGIS to identify ideal project locations based on transmission, environmental, and engineering constraints. Conducting environmental and permitting due diligence on potential project locations. Coordinate with engineering team to develop appropriate site layout given known and anticipated environmental constraints. Manage and coordinate project tasks with environmental consultants.

Team lead for wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, and habitat assessments for proposed projects. These projects included several hundred miles of pipeline and hundreds of acres of industrial, municipal, and transportation projects. Performed desktop evaluations for proposed projects, including feasibility studies, routing assessments and constraints analyses. Prepared and submitted Environmental Resource Reports for Section 7(c) filings with the FERC.Prepared and submitted Wetland Delineation Reports, Jurisdictional Determinations, and USACE Nationwide Permit (NWP) and Individual Permit packages.Assisted in preparation of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Environmental Assessments (EA), and biological assessments (BA).
