With over four years of experience in law enforcement and two years in event security, I am a seasoned professional who is passionate about public safety and customer service. I recently transitioned to the wine industry, where I have been working as a sales/server at Chapin Family Vineyards for the past eight months.In my current role, I leverage my skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and marketing to offer personalized wine recommendations, organize wine tastings and events, and meet or exceed sales targets. I also maintain a high-quality and diverse wine selection, handle order processing and logistics, and develop creative strategies to attract and retain customers. I enjoy working in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment, where I can share my enthusiasm and knowledge of wine with others. I am always eager to learn new things and expand my horizons.
