I am a incoming Real Estate Development Graduate Student at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and an aspiring Commercial Real Estate Development. I have always been fascinated with the development cycle and process of building all types of real estate. In addition, my ultimate passion and interest in Real Estate is to be able to build and provide exception places for people to work and live.In preparation for a career in this field, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and am starting my Graduate program in August of 2021. I have also been taught and trained by my mother; who has been a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter and Senior Portfolio Manager for 27 years and has underwritten more than $4 Billion in CRE loans. I am excited to be able to utilize the knowledge and skills I have obtained to aid in the development of Commercial Real Estate projects.Additionally, I am the founder and owner of Wallace Frey Records, LLC, and am both a music producer and recording artist. Having played piano throughout my childhood, and achieving a Musically Advanced II rating through Piano Federation (the highest possible level) I wanted to find a way to continue my passion and love for music. Through music I am been able to work with and meet many wonderful people with a similar passion as me and share my own messages through lyrics and melodies. While Commercial Real Estate has always been my career aspiration I have been so grateful to continue working with another passion of mine that is relaxing in my free time and effective in building relationships within the music industry.
