While working at the Center for Addictions at the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Psychiatry, I conducted participant sessions by leading intakes and determining eligibility, administered psychological and medical interviews, and facilitated cognitive batteries. I provided behavioral counseling to assist participants in cessation attempts and collected data and biological samples. I was responsible for recruitment, scheduling participant appointments, data entry, and quality assurance.

At Drexel Partnership Comprehensive Care Practice HIV/ID, I maintained patient medical records by ensuring all information was correctly updated in GE Centricity or Allscripts. I facilitated clinic flow by listening to patient needs and providing the appropriate resources.

During my time at Merakey, I worked with children who had differing behavioral and learning disorders. I predominately worked with children suffering from Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Conduct Disorder. I developed and implemented therapeutic interventions in order to aid their growth in social and learning settings. I also would intervene when a child became overwhelmed with school stressors by employing therapeutic techniques.

I worked on a study at Drexel Univerity that analyzed the effect of musical therapy on the rehabilitation of chronic back pain with participants who have a fear of movement. I was responsible for the assessment of the physical abilities of research participants before and after the musical and physical therapy interventions. I also provide primary assistance with data collection and research analysis.

I assisted with writing legal documents including subpoenas and case summaries. I often conducted legal research to keep up with legislation. I also performed administrative duties such as scheduling appointments with high levels of customer service. I generated intake interviews with new clients and would commonly aid clients with court proceedings.
