I lead recruitment for our codesign research, manage the Codesign Collective teacher network, and strategic programs aimed at transforming K-12 education. My work focuses on fostering collaboration and innovation within schools across the US.

At Leanlab, we specialize in codesign research between education technology companies and schools. We match parents, learners and educators with edtech developers to inform, develop, and evaluate the next generation of classroom tools. We study how edtech tools work in real classroom environments, and connect promising edtech solutions with resources to support accelerating their impact.As the School Experience Manager, I lead the rollout of the Codesign Collective, a community of innovative educators transforming K12 education and support the creation of the AGILE Network for K-12 school systems in the US.

- Enabled thousands of music teachers around the world and over 2 million students to create and record music and podcasts in the classroom- Built relationships with key school district contacts to drive engagement and renewal- Gathered, prepared, and analyzed data to inform decisions regarding district implementation- Responsible for activation, usage, and renewal for key district accounts- Worked with and trained educators at some of the largest school districts in the US, including LAUSD, Chicago Public Schools, and Dallas ISD- Led Education Specialist Team in creating new systems to coordinate and display data which assisted junior team members in account management and professional development tracking- Served as project manager for a variety of internal and external projects, such as the Soundtrap Culture Capsule- Composed, coordinated, and compiled music and recordings for the Soundtrap Anthem
