Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of 115 weapons and 6 different weapon systems for the 248th Aviation Support Battalion. Develop monthly training plans for soldiers. Focus on development, training, and Army leadership components.248th Aviation Support Battalion Physical Readiness Trainer, in charge of developing individualized training plans for all soldiers who fail the Army physical fitness test. Work with soldiers each drill weekend to go through training plans, diets, and month to month progress.

Oversaw and drove improvements to a $5 million transportation budget. Made improvements by driving new initiatives to maximize trailer cube, which reduced total outbound deliveries.Process leader for multichannel inventory replenishment. Developed plans to ensure the successful flow of inventory from the distribution center to our fulfillment center. Proactively worked with headquarters and key POC's to adjust fulfillment strategies to meet demands of our on line guests. Managed 3rd party dedicated carrier to achieve on time service goals. Through strategic management of over 14,000 deliveries in 2014, a 98.8% on time delivery percentage was achieved vs a goal of 98%.Responsible for a team of 10 specialized logistics team members who scheduled 34 million cartons of inbound freight, forecasted delivery schedules for 66 stores, and maintained our 300 trailer fleet.
