I am from a small town called Peru. It's located in New York about an hour and a half South of Montreal. I grew up with 2 older brothers, an older sister and a younger sister which meant that competition and rivalry was something our household was never short of. This constant battling with my siblings drove me to athletics. I am lucky enough to say I compete on RIT's Varsity Women's Volleyball team today. Being an athlete, I am very ambitious and will work towards group goals, always putting my best foot forward. The fierce sense of rivalry is what drove me to the competitive field of Software Engineering and RIT’s rigorours program. The program at RIT is incredibly competitive and challenging, pushing me towards academic success. I am currently looking for a Summer/Fall co-op for 2020 that will showcase skills RIT's academics has prepared me for, as well as teamwork, leadership and communication skills I have learned from athletics.
