Support Workplace Solutions (Group Protection and Retirement Plan Services) teams by collaborating with senior leadership teams to compile business updates/key priorities for various strategic initiatives that are critical to achieving business priorities. Theses initiatives are then delivered in meetings with the CEO, the Senior Management Committee, and Board of Directors. Managed the Request for Proposal process for new bids and opportunities within the Retirement Plans Services organization. Received dietary requests from patients, validate those requests against dietary orders/restrictions, communicate how their request meets their dietary requirements, and enter appropriate requisitions into system for fulfillment while maintaining patient privacy, security, and safety in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Worked collaboratively with the patient care team on the patients’ dietary needs.

Engaged with patients in fulfilling their dietary needs through the delivery of requests, I ensure that the patients have what they need while providing excellent customer service. I was responsible in training eight co-workers in proper delivery protocol, procedures, patient safety, recipes and plating techniques. I assisted in meeting departmental goals and objectives by instituting new processes and standards for dietary patient care.

Responsible for using community engagement tools, including the church blog and Facebook page, to reach parishioners, the community, and those in need through re-engineering and updating these tools of engagement. I worked to develop a brand identity through the use of a distinctive graphic style and tone for all church communications. I developed communications strategies to reach target audiences while applying mass media theories to advertisements.
