I’ve already learned a lot from her! A second thing I appreciate about Taylor is that she has an extremely high degree of emotional intelligence. I think if someone did an EQ test on her, she would test at the top of the charts! Thirdly, Taylor is good at her job. She knows how to work smart, and she knows when to question the status quo or a strategy that may not be very effective. I have a high degree of confidence in Taylor. I appreciate the fact that you can show her what the goal is, and she can figure out how to get there. She does not need to be managed or told what to do. Taylor is the kind of person you hire so that she can tell you how to meet goals and objectives for the company. I think it was Steve Jobs who said, “Hire smart people and have them tell you what to do. Don’t hire smart people and tell them what to do.” He would have liked Taylor…."
