I have spent the past 7+ years designing and providing destratification solutions for customers that are interested in saving energy and increasing thermal comfort in their buildings. Coming from a non-HVAC background, I emphasize the importance of understanding not only the size of buildings but the whole picture. The most effective solutions take into account building use, geographic location, existing HVAC systems, new vs. retrofit, customer goals as well as other potential factors. I try and provide a complete picture to my customers, so they are enabled to make the best decision for their building and its occupants.
